Band structure of CuMnAs probed by optical and photoemission spectroscopy

Pursuing antiferromagnetic spintronics, we determine the structure of the tetragonal phase of CuMnAs via a combination of several experimental and theoretical methods. The results, published in Physical Review B, reveal the occupation of basal positions in the lattice by copper, not manganese (a possible inverted phase). The paper is also available on arXiv.
