Reversible structural changes of in situ prepared As₄₀Se₆₀ nanolayers studied by XPS spectroscopy

Changes of composition and local atomic co-ordination of As₄₀Se₆₀ nanolayers induced by green laser illumination were investigated within a CERIC-ERIC collaboration. The photoinduced effects, their reversibility, and possible utilization pathways are discussed in a new Applied Nanoscience paper.
