Our newest paper detailing growth of cerium oxide on Cu(100) has been published in Surface Science. The highlight of the work is the observation of three-way interaction between surface oxygen chemical potential, oxygen spillover between copper and cerium oxide, and step/surface energies during physical vapor deposition of cerium. The paper is free to access for the next 50 days through this link. cerium oxide on Cu(100)
